Agreements and Declarations – UNIT Party

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of membership or volunteering rights and the withdrawal of privileges. In serious cases, competent authorities may be notified in accordance with the law.

These documents are drafted in accordance with Law no. 14/2003 on Political Parties, the Romanian Constitution, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Each individual is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for complying with the obligations assumed upon signing or electronic validation.

This agreement becomes effective upon signature or digital validation and may be periodically updated based on legislative or organizational changes.

By signing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and freely agree to the terms and conditions established by the UNIT Party.

Members can request access to their personal data, membership status, or contribution history in compliance with GDPR and transparency regulations.

Members and volunteers commit to respectful, balanced, and ethical behavior, avoiding offensive language or conduct that could harm the Party’s image.

Signatories declare adherence to the principles and values of the UNIT Party, refraining from supporting other political formations or conflicting interests.

Any person may withdraw their membership or consent without penalty by written notice sent to the Party’s official contact address.

This document becomes legally binding upon handwritten or digital signature, representing a personal commitment to the principles of the UNIT Party.

Confirms that the person is not a member of any other political party, in accordance with Article 40(3) of the Romanian Constitution and Law no. 14/2003.

The individual declares that all information provided is truthful and complete, taking full responsibility for any false statements.

Grants explicit consent for the collection, storage, and processing of personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Party’s Privacy Policy.

Confirms that the person has full legal capacity, electoral rights, and no incompatibility or criminal restrictions.

Allows the electronic validation of membership and declarations, legally equivalent to handwritten signatures under Law no. 455/2001.

Grants permission to receive official notifications, updates, and messages from the UNIT Party through electronic channels.

Defines the terms for donations, membership fees, and contributions, in compliance with laws on political financing and transparency.

States that the person voluntarily participates in the UNIT Party’s activities without remuneration, respecting internal regulations.

Represents a commitment to civil behavior, avoiding political attacks, discrimination, or offensive language in any context.

Grants permission for the use of photographs, interviews, or public materials in informational and promotional contexts of the UNIT Party.
